How to save/export Outlook calendar as Word document?

Save/export Outlook calendar as Word document
This method will guide you to save or export an Outlook calendar as a Word document by the E-mail Calendar feature in Outlook. Please do as follows:
1. Shift to the Calendar view in Outlook, right click the specified calendar on the Navigation Pane, and select Share > E-mail Calendar from the right-clicking menu. Sigmatel driver download for windows 10. See screenshot:
2. Now a new email is created with Send a Calendar via Email dialog box opening. Please (1) select Specify dates from the Date Range drop down list, and then (2) type the date range in both Start and End boxes below the Date Range drop down list. See screenshot:
3. Specify the calendar detail level you will export the calendar with from the Detail drop down list. See screenshot;
4. Still in the Send a Calendar via Email dialog box, please click the Show button to expand the exporting options, and specify the exporting layout from the Email Layout drop down list. See screenshot:
5. Specify other options as you need, and click the OK button to export the Outlook calendar into current email.
6. Now the Outlook calendar is exported as body of current email. Place cursor at the message body, press Ctrl + A to select all content, and then press Ctrl + C keys to copy it.
7. Create a new Word document, press Ctrl + V keys to paste the exported Outlook calendar, and save the Word document.
So far, you have exported the specified Outlook calendar within specified date range as a Word document already.

To share or back up a calendar that’s in the On My Mac section of the calendar list, you can export the calendar’s events, then import them into another calendar or to another computer.
If you use a calendar account, such as iCloud or Exchange, you don’t need to export and import its calendars to back them up or have them appear on your other devices. The account calendars are stored on the calendar service provider’s servers, and are automatically updated on all your devices set up for the same calendar account.
Export a calendar’s events
In the Calendar app on your Mac, click the calendar’s name in the calendar list.
If you don’t see the calendar list on the left, choose View > Show Calendar List.
Choose File > Export > Export.
Choose a location, then click Export.
The events are exported to a calendar (.ics) file.

Export all calendars
In the Calendar app on your Mac, choose File > Export > Calendar Archive.
Choose a location, then click Save.
Export Calendars From Windows Live Mail
Import events into a calendar
In the Calendar app on your Mac, if needed, create a new calendar for the events.
Choose File > Import.
Select the file with the events, then click Import.
Choose the calendar to add the events to.
You can also drag a file with events to Calendar. The events are added to the calendar selected in the calendar list.
Import calendars from an archive file
WARNING: Importing an archive file replaces all of your current calendar information.
In the Calendar app on your Mac, choose File > Import.
Select the archive file, then click Import.
To merge an entire calendar with another, export the calendar, import it into another calendar, then delete the old calendar.
