- Dec 17, 2020 Safari is the worst M1 browser for scrolling. Firefox is better, but still stutters as I scroll busy pages. Chrome was great - until Edge came along. Edge is the best of the lot. Fast and much smoother than any of the others. I have a Mac Mini and an Apple Magic Mouse 2. I'm sure the experience with a trackpad is inherently better anyway.
